All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• (Cairo and some ) : 2–5

Delays may occur due to high order volume or courier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Sometimes we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available) so you can track your package.
