Return & Exchange Policy — SWAG

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following situations:
∙ If the item has a manufacturing defect
∙ If you received a different product than what you ordered (incorrect model or color)

Conditions:
∙ Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
∙ The item must be unused and kept in its original packaging
∙ A clear photo showing the defect or issue is required
